AeroKoda is a digital subscription service operated by Accelerate Business Performance. We want you to be delighted with your subscription — so we offer a simple, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of the charge date if you are not satisfied with the Services. This applies to first-time purchases and renewals.
2. How to request a refund
Our payments and refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team via the contact page and we will assist you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–14 business days.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account billing page or by contacting us. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where we detect fraud, abuse of the refund process, or a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law (including, where relevant, the Australian Consumer Law).
