Cookies Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

At AeroKoda (operated by Accelerate Business Performance) we believe in being transparent about how we collect data about you. This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can control them. For more on how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or device when you visit a website. Cookies may be "first-party" (set by the website you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by external services such as analytics or advertising providers). We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and SDKs — we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

Where we use cookies

  • On our marketing website and product pages.
  • Inside the AeroKoda application after you log in.
  • In transactional emails we send (open and click tracking, where permitted).

The categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the Services to function. These include authentication and session cookies, security cookies (CSRF protection, fraud prevention), load-balancing and checkout cookies. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Functionality cookies

Help us remember your preferences — for example, language, theme, last-visited classroom or playback settings. They improve your experience but are not strictly essential.

Analytics and performance cookies

Collect aggregated information about how visitors and users interact with the Services — pages visited, features used, errors encountered. We use providers such as web analytics and product analytics tools to understand and improve performance.

Advertising cookies

Where used, these help us measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and show relevant content on third-party platforms. We do not use advertising cookies on student-facing surfaces inside the AeroKoda application.

Third-party cookies

Some pages may embed third-party content (e.g. demo videos, support chat). These providers may set their own cookies, governed by their respective policies. We encourage you to review them.

Managing your cookie preferences

You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through the cookie banner the first time you visit, and change your choices later via your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete and block cookies — see the help pages for Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Opera.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions that require consent, non-essential cookies are not set until you provide consent.

Please note: if you disable cookies entirely, some parts of the Services (including login, checkout and saved preferences) may not work correctly.

Changes to this Cookies Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
